Piper Archer DX – Powered by Centurion 2.0S

Piper Aircraft launched in early 2014 a diesel version of the Archer at the Aero Friedrichshafen in Germany, powered by a Continental / Centurion 2.0S JET-A compression-ignition engine. Since receiving its EASA STC in Europe, numerous aircraft were delivered to Europe. The DX, due to its performance and economics running on Diesel / JET-A, became a well-accepted trainer in multiple large schools throughout Aisa as well.
